Our Little Sardines are: Hand-packed using traditional methods with Spanish olive oil that’s been infused in-house with lemon zest, sea salt, and crushed garlic.
Wild-caught in the winter months in the North Atlantic by small family-owned boats in the Northeast Atlantic when the fish quality and nutritional values are at optimal levels.
