Return Policy:
We have a 14 day return policy and we offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card that never expires for all returns. All returns must be received in original unused condition with tags still attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Holiday items, vintage, sale and perishable items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased in store may be returned to any of our locations for store credit in the form of a gift card and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. A receipt is required for all in store exchanges and returns. We are unable to process returns by mail for items purchased in store. Items must be new, with tags still attached.
To start a return, please send an email to howdy@tylerkingston.com with your order number and the item you are returning. Please purchase a label at the provider of your choice and mail your item to us at the below address. Once your return is received by our team, we will issue a digital gift card to the email address that we have on file.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, holiday items, perishable goods, vintage or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
